Empire Athletics is proud to be offering a Parent/Tot class starting this May! This class is an interactive Parent/Tot tumble and body movement class for children under 4 years old and their caregiver! We would like to invite all parents/guardians to join us Mondays or Fridays once a week for our 45 minute class. The child and adult will follow along in our instructor-led class where the child will be able to do all types of activities using the mats, trampolines, and other resources at Empire.
