Group Tumbling Classes

The Group Tumbling Classes are laid out in 12-Week Rolling Sessions that follow a 60-minute curriculum. During the 12 weeks of tumbling training, athletes will participate in warm ups & stretching, strength training, and drills to accomplish each skill set needed for their specific level. On week 12, athletes will be evaluated to progress to the next level. Our classes are split by skill level (Intro to Tumbling - Level 5).
**Athletes will automatically be re-enrolled for the next rolling session! 
Tumbling Classes are charged a flat fee of $199/rolling session. Auto-Payments will be run on the 2nd Friday of every month, for the current rolling session. ALL SALES FOR THE ROLLING SESSION ARE FINAL AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. NO REFUNDS!
(Catastrophic injuries and family emergencies to be provided for on a case basis - gym credit will be issued.)

Intro to Tumbling

Intro to Tumbling is dedicated to mastering the basics of tumbling. Skill execution of the following is required to progress to Level 1: 


  • Forward Roll

  • Backward Roll

  • Handstand

  • Cartwheel

  • Backbend

Intro to Tumbling can enroll at any point during the 10-Week Session.

Stunting Classes

The Stunting classes are laid out in a monthly 60-minute curriculum. Our stunt classes are either Coed or Group Stunt. The coed stunt has Beginning and Advanced levels. Group Stunt has Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced.
**Athletes will automatically be re-enrolled for the next month!


Senior Beginning Coed

Stunting classes are 1 hour long. They are short in length but high in energy! Flyer training is offered in conjunction with strength and flexibility for the flyers.

This class is for high school-aged athletes (9th-12th grade).

Private Lessons

Private Lessons are laid out in weekly or drop-in 30-minute sessions. Our privates are split into 3 categories (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Coed Stunting).


**Athletes will automatically be re-enrolled for the next month if you sign up for weekly lessons.

**Scheduling a drop-in private lesson does not hold that same timeslot for the following week(s).


Tier 1 Private Lesson

Private Lessons are perfect if you are needing 1-on-1 time to perfect your skills! Tier 1 Tumbling Private Lessons are $35 per 30-minute session. Privates are generally scheduled and billed monthly. Tier 1 Coaches are cleared to teach all Intro - Level 3 tumbling skills. Please see Group Class descriptions (above) for tumbling skills listings. Let's bust out some repetitions!
