My daughters both had a wonderful 3 years of training at Empire, both personally and in their high school team training. Kyle is warm and approachable and makes every athlete feel welcome. He is generous with his time and expertise and is always willing to offer tips for improving stunts and tumbling tricks. We had great teachers in all our years there, and always felt comfortable and welcome in the gym. The office staff is also friendly and professional! I definitely recommend Empire to athletes looking to work hard and improve their skills in the gym!

The team at Empire is fantastic. They work with all levels and are especially good at working through the all powerful mental blocks. The gym is welcoming to all who enter, whether you are a typical cheer parent or not. When faced with injuries and an athlete unwilling to rest, they were able to convince her that any short term loss is minimal compared to the long term risk. They prioritized her well-being over anything, and for that I am truly grateful. I trust Kyle and his team to give me an honest opinion on my daughter's progression and potential. Not only are the coaches great, their back office team is just as committed. Calls and emails are returned quickly and they can work through even the most challenging schedules. If you are looking for a top-notch cheer gym, you found it.

Empire athletics is a wonderful place. We have known Kyle for at least five years and Kyle has helped my daughter’s high school cheer team for three years If those five. The entire staff is professional and they really do know their craft. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting to improve their skills.

Our daughter has been attending Empire Athletics for over a year. They are great. Staff is very friendly and work with you to reschedule a session if you need to cancel. Very reasonably priced. Our daughter's tumbling skills have improved tremendously.

Kyle and his staff are by far the best! Every coach has something different to offer and cares about each individual child and that child's needs. My kids came in not knowing how to do a cartwheel. My middle daughter just made the varsity competition squad as an incoming freshman at her high school and my youngest has equally strong tumbling skills. I wouldn't put my kids anywhere else. When we are at EA, we are home.
