Education & Skills Requirements:

• Have a background of relevant experience in Cheer, Tumbling, and/or Stunting

• Great communication skills to interact with students, parents, and other coaches

• Ability to meet all physical requirements of the job

• Knowledge of gym safety and procedures

• Strong work ethic and consistent attendance

Class Coaching (Tumbling & Stunting Classes) will also include the following responsibilities:

• Complete onboarding training and orientation

• Attend and complete the annual staff training 

• Teach their athletes relevant skills, tactics, and techniques

• Curriculum implementation provided by the Class Program Manager and Lead Coach

• Demonstrate quality teamwork skills

• Assist in running an effective practice

• Assist in session evaluations

• Photos or Video footage emailed to Social Media Director
