Job description
The Coach is directly responsible for supporting the Head Team Development, Routine Development, Competition Performance, Intra-squad relationships, Coach/Team Dynamic, Coach Communication and acting as an Empire/Team Liaison.
Reports To: Head Coach / Class Program Manager

Location: Denver Location (601 Bryant St, Denver, CO 80204)
Education & Skills requirements
Education & Skills Requirements:
-
At least 1 year of coaching experience
-
Strong background of relevant experience in Cheer
-
Great communication skills to interact with students, parents, and other coaches
-
Ability to meet all physical requirements of the job
-
Knowledge of gym safety and procedures
-
Strong work ethic and consistent attendance

High School Coaching will also include the following responsibilities:
-
Attend and complete the annual staff training
-
Teach their athletes relevant skills, tactics, and techniques
-
Curriculum implementation provided by the Head Coach
-
Demonstrate quality teamwork skills
-
Assist Head Coach in running an effective practice
-
Assist Head Coach in-season evaluations
-
Photos or Video footage emailed to Social Media Director

Class Coaching (Tumbling & Stunting Classes) will also include the following responsibilities:

Attend and complete the annual staff training

Curriculum implementation provided by the Class Program Manager

Run an effective practice

Assist or direct session evaluations
